Initial Contact
When you contact JSP Solicitors with an enquiry about an accident or personal injury claim, you will speak, initially, to our Vetting Team. They will take your initial details and talk to you about your accident, how it happened and what injuries you sustained. They will also give you an overview of how the claims process works and explain which funding options may be available to you.
They may ask you to obtain photographs or other evidence to help assess the merits of your claim, or they may make arrangements there and then to speak to you again to obtain a full statement. This appointment can either take place at our offices in Lincoln or Skegness, at your home, or over the telephone, at a time to suit you.
From day one you will have a contact name and number – NOT A CALL CENTRE
