JSP have a specialist Cycling Claims Team, the members of which all have extensive knowledge of cycling and the types of accidents which can happen whilst out on the roads.
Whether you have been hit by a motorist or have become injured because of the poor condition of the roads, we would be pleased to talk to you about your case.Many law firms will not take legal action against Local Authorities fearing expensive and complex legal battles, however JSP will, as we feel strongly that users of the highways have the right to be safe.
Lack of inspection and repair of potholes and other defects, and use of cheap or otherwise inappropriate materials to repair such hazards which create additional risks, as well as poorly designed road features such as speed bumps are putting cyclists at risk at the very time the government are recommending we ‘go green’ and get our bikes out.
