Head Injuries
Head injury does not solely result from one 'type' of accident, but it is necessary to class head injuries separately due large amount of skill, knowledge and experience required by the solicitor handling such a case. All cases involving head injury are handled by Nigel Askew.
Head injuries vary widely in degree but nevertheless can have a huge impact on your life. To establish the extent of a brain injury it is necessary to be examined by a number of brain or 'neuro’ specialists. JSP can assist and supplement any rehabilitation requirements not supplied by the NHS. Sometimes this is facilitated by involving a Case Manager, who supports you through this very difficult time.
For some clients treatment may be required for the rest of their lives and it is the firm's objective to ensure a brain injured client receives the best possible treatment as well as sufficient damages to enable a client to continue receiving treatment and care for the remainder of their life.
