How much will it cost?

Please contact any member of our department for an estimate.  Costs are worked out as a percentage of the value of the property being bought and sold with disbursements added on.

We currently have a special conveyancing offer for first time buyers of £400 + VAT & Disbursements ( excluding Leasehold properties ).

For all other clients there is a current discount of 10%.
